- 2 Fresh Chillies (1x red, 1x Green)

- 35g Fresh Ginger (Grated)
- 10 Garlic Cloves (Crushed)
- 10g Fresh Coriander (Chopped)
- 250ml Oil
- 5 Tbsp Ground Coriander
- 7 Tbsp Ground Cumin
- 1 Tbsp Paprika
- 1 Tbsp Tumeric
- 1 Tbsp Chilli Powder
Method:
Fry Chillies,Ginger,Garlic & Fresh Coriander in oil for 2 minutes, add the spices and fry for further 2 minutes. Fill into an air tight jar and store in the refrigerator. Done!

I don’t know why people still continue to buy these commercially produced pastes when it’s so easy to make your own much tastier ones at home.
I tried a shop-bought one out of curiosity and found it to be somewhat unbalanced and too salty. I said it was one of the most revolting curries I’d ever tasted. Then several people wrote in asking for details of where you could buy it. Bizarre!
BE WARNED! This makes your house S.T.I.N.K !
But…. it is worth it! Totally yummy and much better flavours than out of a jar.
